One of the clearest examples of this is *the decentralization of driver’s licensing services* across the country. What used to require long travel and unnecessary stress has now been brought closer to people’s doorsteps, making the process simpler and more convenient.

What stands out about his approach is not just the reforms themselves, but the thinking behind them. There is *a clear effort to modernize operations, strengthen enforcement, and keep the public engaged*. The introduction of *mobile licensing services*, improvements in *vehicle testing*, and the shift toward *digital payment systems* all point to a leadership style that values efficiency and accountability.

Internally, there has also been a noticeable push toward stronger performance management. With regular reviews and clearly defined targets, staff are encouraged to take responsibility and improve continuously.
