Today Marks a Significant Day as The Founder and Country Director for The Community Action for Development Sierra Leone finally fulfilled His Obligations to The National Organization for Sierra Leoneans Living in North America (NOSLINA) after He Was Awarded The Dr. John Oliver Davis Cole Njala University Masters of Public Health Scholarship from The National Organization for Sierra Leoneans Living in North America (NOSLINA).
The journey was a bit challenging and it's symbolize Sacrifices, Resilience, Discipline and Growth, Today I Proudly Celebrate My Graduation with a Master of Public Health, an Experience That Has Deepened My Understanding on Environmental Health, Strengthen my Commitment to Research and Expanded My Sense of Purpose Within The Academic Space.
So With This New Milestone, I Hope to Expand The Ways I contribute in Improving Lives and Communities through Water and Sanitation Hygiene(WASH), Nutrition,Climate Change Adaptations and Maternal and Child Health
Am forever Grateful to God for his Grace, Strength and Favour that has carried me here and to my family, Thanks for Believing Me.

Earlier today, The Founder and Country Director for The Community Action For Development Sierra Leone together with other partners Met With His Excellence Bryan D. Hunt, The USA Ambassador to Sierra Leone on a High Level Meeting centered on Partnerships and Opportunities From The American Embassy so as to expand our work in the communities we served in improving lives of vulnerable people and communities across Sierra Leone. We Discussed a Range of Issues And Identifying Areas For Greater Collaborations and Partnerships.

Earlier today, The Founder and Country Director for The Community Action For Development Sierra Leone together with other partners Met With His Excellence Patrick McManus, The New Irish Ambassador to Sierra Leone on a High Level Meeting centered on Partnerships and Opportunities From The Irish Embassy so as to expand our work in the communities we served in improving lives of vulnerable people and communities across Sierra Leone.

Across the globe, vulnerable communities faces compounding challenges- lack of clean water, limited health care access, poor nutritions, lack of educational opportunities, struggling to tackle the consequences of climate- change adaptations and generational poverty.

The Community Action for Development Sierra Leone exists to break those barriers across those vulnerable communities and The Community Action for Development Sierra Leone is committed to build sustainable solutions rooted in dignity, protection, lasting impacts, opportunities and empowering communities to be change makers.

Together, we are working towards a future where every community is safe, empowered and improve

Early today, The Founder and Country Director for The Community Action for Development Sierra Leone completed a two-days intensive trainings on Impactful Programe and Projects Developments for Programe Managers and Development Experts.

The trainings was ring around Donor Priorities, Donor-Focused approach and expectations, a focus on new skills acquisition on the full life-cycle of Projects Developments from identifying felt needs, and crafting compelling narratives to designing measurable outcomes, detailed budgets, results oriented, implementations, insights on Monitoring and Evaluations and Bearing a road- map for networking with representatives from development partners( European Union, Irish Aid, Trocaire, Wealth Hunger) during the trainings.

A Thatched Building, No Books, No School Uniforms and No Access to Good Road Network, Yet Children From Six Villages Come to This Unamed School Everyday walking 6 to 7 Miles Hoping to Be Among Those Who Can Read and Write.

The Sustainable Development Goal 4, Which Aims to Ensure Quality Education For All is Far From Being Realized For Children, Especially Girls Living in Marlie Village about 24 to 25 Miles Off From Bombali-District.

It is Heartbreaking That in 2025, Children Still Walk 6 to 7 Miles Daily to a School With No Books, Uniforms or Proper Infrastructure While Sustainable Development Goal 4 remains a Distant Dream For Them.

Education Should Not Be a Privilege but It is a Right, if Ballot Boxes Can Reach These Villages, So Should Schools, Qualified Teachers and Basic Learning Materials. The Government and All Stakeholders Must Act Now to Bridge This Gap, The Community Action For Development Sierra Leone is Dedicated in Promoting Sustainable Education in Rural Sierra Leone and Through Partnership and Collaborations We Will Amplify Our Work to Reach The Most Vulnerable Communities Across Sierra Leone.

Early Today, The Founder And Country Director For The Community Action For Development Sierra Leone Joined Other Country Directors/Representatives From Other Non-Governmental Organizations, Development Partners in Commemoration of The World NGO Day And The Official Lunching Of The Maiden of NGO by The Honorable Vice President of The Republic of Sierra Leone at The Miatta Conference Center, Youyi Building- Brookfields Together With The European Ambassador, The Minister Of Planning And Economic Development, Ministers From Various Line Ministries, MDA'S, and Representatives From The Sierra Leone Parliament.

The Commemoration Of The World NGO Day Is Geard Towards Commemorating And Reflecting On All The Good Works Of All NGO's In Sierra Leone In Contributing Towards National Developments Across Sierra Leone And Complementing The Efforts Of All NGO's In Achieving Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG's).

On This Year Theme " Empowering Communities For Sustainable Development" We Strive For Empowering Communities And For a Sustainable Developments Across Sierra Leone.

It's was a pleasure today to meet with the global Coordinator for The Admirals " a Sierra Leone diaspora organization in the USA and UK"
We discussed a range of issues and identifying areas for greater collaborations and partnership and as well streamline of our efforts together in this year of 2025 in joining the fight against Kush epidemic in Sierra Leone since the massive per take of kush(drugs) by our youths have been declared as a public health emergency in Sierra Leone.

The Community Action For Development Sierra Leone will join the lead in complementing the efforts in the fight against Kush in Sierra Leone through different approach.

*Today We Are Excited At The Community Action For Development Sierra Leone In Gaining Legal Status For Operations Across Sierra Leone After Full Registrations With The Sierra Leone Government Through The Ministry of Planning And Economic Development(MOPED), Ministry of Health And Sanitation(MOHS), National Revenue Authority,Freetown City Council And The Sierra Leone Association For Non-Governmental Organization(SLANGO). Very Soon Our Office Will Be Open To The Public And Our Hands Will Be Open To Welcome Partnership And Collaborations With International And Local Organizations In Line With Our Interventional Areas And Partnership For Trainings On Sustainable Implementations Across Sierra Leone. Partnership And Collaborations Is One Of Our Fundamental Core Values At The Community Action For Development Sierra Leone, As Partnership And Collaborations Is Essential To The Success Of Any Organization During Project Implementations And As Well To Achieve Organizational Goals And Objectives.
