The office of Chief Executive Officer & founder of Girls Ingrain Programme do here by condemning the gouging of young girl eye's in Tonj East County, Warrap State, South Sudan by her biological father over the man she have choice, I condemn it in strong terms as possible my sympathy & console with the victim who got blinded, we at the "Girls Ingrain Programme" stand tall with girls right and encourage them to focus on how to eradicate illiteracy in the country.
