MISSION

Empowering young girls by emphasizing confidence, inner beauty, intelligence, and leadership; the
organization is a personal development opportunity for young South Sudanese girls.
The participants who become part of the Miss Kiir Kak-ker Pageant gain confidence and poise in an
increasingly competitive World. The organization affords each participant the opportunity to grow and
advance her/his personal and career goals acting as a role model in the community and the Country at
large.

VISION

Our organization will provide strong foundation and platform for young South Sudanese girls around
the Province and the entire Country to be successful models, as well as being strong role models and
leaders in the community.
The Pageant focuses on inner beauty, intelligence and confidence in young girls and its
representatives and ambassadors exhibit these characteristics.

OBJECTIVES:

The competition is designed to be one of the Country’s leading empowerment programs for young
women through the following endeavors:
1. Instill confidence and self-realization in young girls and poise in an increasingly competitive
world.
2. Honor traditional Naath (Jikany) traits such as hospitality, honesty, humility, leadership and
good judgment among young South Sudanese.
3. Enable contestants to serve as role models for other young girls with similar goals and
characteristics.
4. Encourage contestants to value personal achievements, creativity, a healthy lifestyle and
community involvement
