JUBA, June 12, 2026 — President Salva Kiir Mayardit returned to Juba on Friday after a week-long visit to the Bahr el Ghazal region. During his trip, he attended rallies in Wau, Kuajok, and Aweil, encouraging citizens to promote peace, invest in agriculture, and prepare for the upcoming general elections in December.
