Day One Highlights | Emerging Leaders Program – Youth Leadership Dialogue

Day One of the Youth Leadership Dialogue successfully brought together youth leaders, policymakers, partners, and stakeholders for meaningful discussions on strengthening youth participation in peace processes and political transition.

Organized by Banat Power Initiative in collaboration with Come Let’s Read Initiative, and supported by UNMISS, the dialogue created a vibrant platform for learning, engagement, and leadership exchange.

The day featured inspiring remarks, youth success stories, policy discussions, and interactive leadership activities that empowered participants to actively contribute to shaping peaceful societies.

Banat Power Initiative, in collaboration with Come Let’s Read Initiative, is proud to organize the Youth Leadership Dialogue under the Emerging Leaders Program.

Supported by , this dialogue brings together young leaders to engage in meaningful discussions under the theme:

“Amplifying Youth Participation and Representation in Peace Processes and Political Transition.”

This platform aims to strengthen youth leadership, promote inclusive participation, and empower young people to actively contribute to peacebuilding and political transition.

Together, we are nurturing the next generation of peace leaders.

Are you ready to empower girls, and be part of a safe space where girls lead, speak, and shape their future?

We are looking for committed volunteers to fill the following roles:
✔ Communication Officer
✔ Finance Officer
✔ Assistant Finance Officer
✔ Project Coordinator

Requirements:
✔ Must be a South Sudanese between the age of 21-30
✔Applicants who are fluent in spoken and written English
✔Applicants interest in making change in their communities
✔Must be residents of Juba city
✔Females are highly encouraged to apply
