TRAGEDY!

Dear all,
LOMODI LIMITED would to inform you that our Yei branch has remained closed for the whole of this week due to the tragedy that happened to our branch manager BIDA PETER THOMAS.

The Tragedy.
At about 1:30am, on July 25th 2017, Unknown armed robbers intruded Bida's residence at New site Yei. They demanded for money and despite having taken the money in multiple currencies, they shot him on his left lower limb. Due to the poor health services in South Sudan, LOMODI LIMITED did its best to fly him to neighboring Uganda for better treatment. The doctors at St. Francis Hospital, Nsambya, Kampala tried all that they could to save his leg, unfortunately the bullet had caused total damage to the bones and blood veins causing Anaesthetic condition that eventually prompted amputation of his left lower limb just below the knee.
Generally, his condition is fair and he is rapidly responding to treatment on the amputated leg. The doctors have assured us that all will be well with him and we are asking for your prayers. The management and the entire staff of LOMODI LIMITED are saddened, heart broken and condemned this inhuman attack on our innocent staff in Yei town in the strongest terms possible.

PS. Bida Peter Thomas was a former staff of Dept of Cooperatives Yei, Finance Sudan and The Farm Project before joining us last Yei.
