Hon. Cde. Mary Apayi Ayiga, the SPLM Second Deputy Chairperson and some members of SPLM as well as Hon. Emmanuel Taban Seme, the Commissioner of Yei River County paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Lt. Gen. Rabi Mujung Emmanuel, Governor of Central Equatoria State to extend their heartfelt congratulations on his appointment. The visit took place at the Governor’s residence, Juba.
