استرجاع ل"ورشة الوصول إلى الدعم النفسي: موادر وخدمات لتجاوز العوائق الشائعة للحصول على خدمات نفسية" في الجامعات السورية. كانت الورشة مليئة بالتجارب الملهمة! تحدثنا بصراحة عن الصحة النفسية، وناقشنا بعض الوصمات المتعلقة بها، وشاركنا قصصنا الشخصية. ضحكنا، تأملنا، واستمعنا بصدق لبعضنا البعض.

Throwback to "Accessing mental health support workshop: resources and services to overcome common barriers". It was eye-opening! We talked openly about mental health, debated some of the stigmas that surround it and shared our personal stories. We laughed, reflected and really listened to each other.

Painting and doing our hobbies always makes us feel good

We all have a bit of Van Gogh in us and we were all artists when we were young, I mean- repainting the walls with some crayons 🙄
