As a Full-stack Web3 Developer, you will build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps), smart contract integrations, and blockchain-enabled platforms that empower artists, athletes, and creative brands. You’ll work closely with our blockchain developers, UI/UX designers, and product team to bring creative blockchain solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Web3 applications (front-end + back-end).
Integrate blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or similar) with creative industry use cases.
Work with smart contracts (via Web3.js, Ethers.js, Solidity).
Collaborate with designers to build user-friendly experiences for artists, athletes, and fans.
Implement wallet integrations (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect).
Optimize performance, scalability, and security of dApps.
Work with APIs, databases, and cloud services to connect blockchain and traditional web apps.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Full-stack Developer (with strong Web3 exposure).
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js.
Hands-on experience with Web3 libraries (Web3.js, Ethers.js).
Understanding of blockchain architecture and dApp development.
Familiarity with smart contracts (Solidity) and NFTs.
Knowledge of REST APIs / GraphQL, databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Interest in creative industries (music, publishing, sports, arts) is a plus.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with IPFS, Filecoin, Arweave (decentralized storage).
Knowledge of DeFi, DAOs, or tokenomics.
Background in UI/UX design implementation.
