A client of mine from California, USA, and I recently traveled together to the beautiful valleys of Skardu and Shigar in search of some special stones.

It was truly a great experience spending time with Jimmy. He is a wonderful person with a kind and genuine personality. The trust he showed in me and the respect with which he treated me meant a lot.

One thing I really appreciated was how he embraced our culture and traditions. He wore our traditional Shalwar Kameez with great respect, and honestly, he looked just like a Pathan in that outfit. It was great to see him enjoying and respecting the local way of life.

Recently, I visited the beautiful mountains of Ghundao near Katlang, Mardan District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. ⛰️

These mountains are renowned among gemstone enthusiasts for producing rare natural pink topaz, widely known as Katlang Pink Topaz, along with other topaz varieties, including imperial topaz.

Standing among these mountains and seeing the source of such remarkable gemstones was truly a memorable experience. Nature continues to amaze us with its hidden treasures.
