(Yeah I’m talking about Game of Thrones… and also trying to explain this boring gov thing in the most fun way I can)

So what’s PPBE? It’s this big process the military uses to plan stuff — like, not just budgets, but EVERYTHING: what they need, how much it’ll cost, and how to actually make it happen.

It stands for:
Planning – Programming – Budgeting – Ex*****on
(but don’t fall asleep yet, I swear it’s kinda cool if you imagine it like GOT)

⚔️ Planning –
Picture this: Jon Snow yelling “Winter is coming!”
Everyone freaks out. They start figuring out what they need to not die — more soldiers, dragon glass, maybe even a real plan this time.

📋 Programming –
Now they gotta decide who’s doing what.
Starks bring the Northmen, Lannisters bring gold, Dany brings the dragons.
They start putting pieces together into a real war plan, not just vibes.

💰 Budgeting –
Then someone has to go beg the council (or Cersei 🙄) for money and resources.
Some things get approved, some get ignored because politics, obviously.

🔥 Ex*****on –
Finally they go out and do it. Fight the battle, spend the gold, lose half the army, hope the Night King doesn’t raise them back up again.
(Also hope no one stabs you in the back halfway through.)

🎯 So yeah… PPBE is basically:
Plan smart → Assign roles → Get money → Do the damn thing

If they had this in Westeros, maybe Ned would still be alive, Dany wouldn’t have snapped, and the Night King might’ve actually lost with some dignity.

กองทัพอากาศเลยต้องยกเครื่องแนวคิดให้เข้ากับสงครามหลากมิติ (Multidomain Operations) ด้วยหลัก 3 ข้อสั้น ๆ แต่โคตรสำคัญ: รวมการบัญชาการ - กระจายการควบคุม - แยกการปฏิบัติ 🇹🇭

เวลาวางแผนบินรบ ศูนย์บัญชาการก็เหมือน “หัวฝูง” ที่ต้องรู้เส้นทาง ความเร็ว เป้า อุปสรรคล่วงหน้า หัวฝูงไม่ต้องบังคับทุกลำทีละวิ แต่ต้องเห็นภาพใหญ่ กำหนดภารกิจชัด ๆ แล้วให้ทุกลำรู้หน้าที่ตัวเอง — นี่แหละ “รวมการบัญชาการ”

พอเข้าพื้นที่จริง นักบินแต่ละลำต้องตัดสินใจไว ๆ จะหลบยังไง ยิงเมื่อไหร่ ขอซัพพอร์ตตอนไหน ถ้ารอวิทยุจากข้างบนตลอดคงไม่ทันกิน เหมือนคนโดดร่มที่ต้องกางร่มเอง บังคับเอง เล็งจุดลงเอง — นี่คือ “กระจายการควบคุม” ให้หน่วยข้างล่างปรับเกมได้ทันที

🛩 แยกการปฏิบัติ

ถึงจะบินกันคนละฟ้า หรือลงกันคนละจุด แต่วัตถุประสงค์เป็นหนึ่งเดียว: บดขยี้การเคลื่อนพลศัตรู หนุนภาคพื้น หรือแทรกซึมจุดยุทธศาสตร์ ทุกหน่วยคือฟันเฟืองเครื่องยนต์เดียวกัน หมุนไปพร้อม ๆ กันแบบไม่มีสะดุด — นี่แหละ “แยกการปฏิบัติ”

• ศูนย์บัญชาการ = หอบังคับการ วางหมากใหญ่ให้ทุกลำเห็นเป้าชัด
• หน่วยบิน = เครื่องแต่ละลำ ตัดสินใจเองตามหน้างาน
• สนามรบหลากมิติ = พื้นที่ทำการ ที่ทุกลำโชว์ของตามบทบาทตัวเอง
