เจแอลแอล ประเทศไทยมีความยินดีที่ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม “SAFE BLOOD SAVES LIVES” ของ Frasers Property Thailand เป็นครั้งที่ 7 ติดต่อกัน กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นที่ The PARQ ซึ่งเป็นที่ตั้งของสำนักงานใหญ่ เจแอลแอล ประเทศไทย โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อรวบรวมโลหิตบริจาคให้กับ ศูนย์บริการโลหิตแห่งชาติ สภากาชาดไทย

JLL Thailand recently hosted 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁: 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗕, 𝗘𝗦𝗚 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲’𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿, bringing together industry experts to explore the evolving regulatory landscape, market trends, and financial drivers shaping sustainable real estate.

During the event, Helen Amos, Head of Sustainability, Hong Kong illuminated the ripple effects of global regulations on reporting practices, evolving tenant expectations, and the long-term value proposition in real estate.

Nattapoom Vittavatchutikul, our Sustainability Lead, Thailand offered a comprehensive view of Thailand's sustainable building landscape, weaving together perspectives from regulators, tenants, and the financial market.

Trey Archer, Business Development Director Asia at GRESB, highlighted the exciting rise of Asia in the global sustainability arena and the transformative power of green finance.

The highlight was a panel discussion moderated by Chantajutha Ladavalya Na Ayudhya with panellists including Jason Lee, Head of Sustainability, CIMB Thai Bank. Trudi Choo, Director, UOB Singapore and Elke Kornalijnslijper, Head of Sustainability, JLL APAC. The session navigated the future of green finance in real estate, exploring emerging opportunities, addressing key challenges, and spotlighting game-changing innovations.
