สำหรับส่วนพักอาศัยด้านหลังร้านหรือ Back office นั้น การออกแบบได้ให้ความสำคัญกับฟังก์ชันการใช้งานและประโยชน์ใช้สอยเป็นหลัก เนื่องจากข้อจำกัดด้านพื้นที่และโครงสร้างของอาคารเดิม จึงมีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะต้องพิจารณางานระบบที่ซ่อนอยู่ภายในและด้านหลังงานบิ้วท์อินอย่างละเอียดถี่ถ้วน ซึ่งรวมถึงการออกแบบช่องลิฟต์ ระบบแสงสว่าง ระบบหมุนเวียนอากาศ กล้องวงจรปิด ระบบสุขาภิบาล ตลอดจนการวางแผนสำหรับการบำรุงรักษาในอนาคตอีกด้วย
For the residential area situated behind the retail space or back office, the design prioritizes functionality and practicality. Given the spatial and structural constraints of the existing building, it is imperative to meticulously plan for the concealed systems integrated within and behind built-in elements. This encompasses the design of elevator shafts, lighting systems, air circulation systems, CCTV cameras, sanitation systems, and provisions for future maintenance.
