STUDENT WINS ISJAC PRIZE: Currently pursuing her master’s degree in jazz composition and arranging, Teresa Um has won the 2026 Fundamental Freedoms Commission from the International Society of Jazz Arrangers & Composers. Teresa will receive a world premiere performance of her piece at an ISJAC event, a cash award along with a publication contract offer for international distribution of her work.
