Rice paper pancakes 🥢 Elle is showing us 1001 ways of using rice paper and we're making this one on repeat 😆🫶🏼

The easiest quickie meal/power snack! These rice power veggie pancakes are sooo CRISPY💥, chewy, and flavorful. Stuffed with lots of tofu & vegetables they’re like a complete meal in a bite. Used Chef's Choice sriracha hot sauce to season my tofu and it adds the perfect punch of spiciness and sweetness 🌶️

🥢TO MAKE:
4 rice paper (for 2 pancakes)
6 oz extra firm tofu
1 tbsp Chef's Choice sriracha hot sauce
1 1/2 tbsp coconut amino
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 cup shredded red cabbage
1 of each yellow and orange carrot
1 scallion
