Case Study: Vedic Spatial Analysis of a Residential Apartment (by Vastu, Feng Shui, Sacral and Craft)

A second-floor apartment in a residential building, one of four units on the floor. Remarkably, the original layout includes a high number of beneficial architectural factors — a rare find. The interior designer also did an exceptional job. Below are just a few highlights out of 300+ analyzed parameters.

Conclusion:

Surprisingly well-suited for family life and child development. Identical apartments on floors 1, 3, and 4 would share the same advantages. Minimal adjustments required. Structurally strong and energetically aligned.

Key Insights:

‧ All windows face auspicious directions, while solid walls occupy the inauspicious zones — a rare and highly favorable configuration.

‧ The entrance promotes financial accumulation, family stability, and physical vitality.
– Direct access from the entrance to the balcony is especially lucky.

‧ The balcony is fully enclosed and functions as a home office — located in the prosperity and business zone. Ideal for financial planning and focus.

‧ The balcony and living room are the crown jewels of this apartment — both extremely well-placed and energetically uplifting.

‧ The wealth zone is relatively small but can be enhanced with crystals, mirrors, and dynamic wall patterns.

‧ Both children’s rooms are in favorable locations, especially the second one with two windows. These rooms support learning and growth. Adding some live plants is recommended.

‧ In the second children’s room, beds should be oriented with heads toward the corridor. The sofa is poorly placed and not recommended for sleeping — it should be moved to a better wall.

‧ In the first children’s room, the sleeping direction should be reversed — not toward the window.

‧ The master bedroom is in a peaceful zone, good for relaxation but may induce passivity. Sleeping with the head toward the wall is favorable (already implemented), but the current bed position — with feet facing the door — is unfavorable. It should be shifted toward the window. The grey tones are a positive design choice.

‧ The kitchen is in a favorable zone. The stove doesn’t intrude into the active sector but is near its border — which is acceptable.

‧ The living room is the energetic center of the apartment — open, central, and balanced. A space for ideas, connection, and clarity. Consider replacing the sofa with a white or light yellow one.

‧ The bathroom location doesn’t support deep relaxation — it may amplify internal tension. Water in this sector can weaken confidence, stability, and authority.

‧ As with most homes, toilets and staircases are energetically sensitive zones. All toilets should be corrected (with crystals, yantras, etc.), regardless of placement.

‧ The overall color palette (green, grey, ochre, brown) is coherent. Not all colors perfectly match every room, but they work especially well in the balcony, kitchen, and master bedroom. The general tone is neutral or supportive. Ideally: add yellow-green to the children’s rooms, red in the toilet, and more white in the living room.

The goal of design is to create a structure where everything is interconnected: purpose, geometry, rhythm, context, and time. When this is achieved, the space begins to work. It doesn’t interfere, drain, or distract — it supports. It helps focus, restore, move forward, and feel grounded

Spatial correction — no walls need to be torn down

Most spaces operate inefficiently: they drain energy, duplicate functions, and create background tension. The root cause is distorted architectural logic — overloaded zones, visual clutter, structural imbalance

Correction is not renovation. It’s calibration. Just like a musical instrument needs tuning to perform, a space must be tuned to support its owner’s goals

Methods are based on four architectural traditions: Vastu, Feng Shui, Sacred Geometry, and Slavic Architectural Logic

Correction is applied only after diagnostics, and always aligned with the actual purpose — finances, health, business, children, stability, or scale
