No need for AI. Simply read these (about 400) and you'll know it all. Priced intellectually at just 114 baht per Kg.

Almost nothing left from the office sale; see post below. But we still have a couple of nice couches, a handful of paintings and a busted fruit basket.

The old Phuket Gazette office building in Koh Kaew (near Boat Lagoon and British Int'l School) has been leased out long term to a new venture. All of its 1,000 sq meters of furniture, lamps, paintings, filing cabinets, etc, is for sale at true bargain prices.

Browse the pics - multiple quantities of most items available, some in differnt colors.

Contact K. Mon, building manager (089-470 7488 / Line), or K. Im of Baan Phuket Property (089-874 9668 / WhatsApp.). First come, first served.

There are roughly 200 private aircraft in Thailand, based at about 30 private airparks around the country. Here (apart from my own plane 🙂 ) are my two favorites: a Piper Malibu and a Piper Seminole, both of which landed at Phuket Airpark from Chiangmai last week.

In the video, the turbine-powered Malibu lands first. Then we see the Seminole doing a low pass, a landing and a take off.

Both planes were purchased in Florida and flown to Thailand by their owners.

‘The Benefits of Seaplanes to Thailand’ would be very substantial indeed, just as they have been, and are, all over the world – wherever you have water, islands and tourists. Thailand is an absolute natural. Please, Dennis and Stakeholders: make it happen!
