▸ แนวทางการทำ Human-in-the-loop AI workflow สำหรับงาน regulatory data อย่างมี governance
▸ วิธีการประเมินผลระบบ AI แบบสองชั้น (two-layer validation)
▸ การต่อยอด architecture เดียวกันสู่ clinical SDTM workflows

📄 Paper AI-141 — Accelerating CDISC SEND Conversion with AI: From Raw Preclinical Data to Regulatory-Ready Datasets

In this session, we will share:
▸ How we engineered LLMs with RAG to transform unstructured preclinical study data into SENDIG v3.1.1–compliant datasets
▸ What a governed, human-in-the-loop AI workflow looks like in real-world regulatory practice
▸ Our two-layer validation methodology for evaluating AI-generated outputs
▸ How this same LLM-RAG architecture can be extended to clinical SDTM workflows

This work was supported by TCELS (now Tilsna), in collaboration with the Mahidol University, National Laboratory Animal Center (NLAC) — an OECD-GLP compliant rodent testing facility in Thailand, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Titipat Achekulvisut, who guided us through the LLM techniques and evaluation methods
