- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الزراعية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية كمهندس/ة زراعي/ة.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على اتخاذ القرارات.
- معرفة عميقة بالزراعة المستدامة وتكنولوجيا المحاصيل.
- مهارات التواصل والتعامل مع العملاء بشكل فعّال.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل فردي وفي فريق.

المهام الرئيسية:
- تقديم الاستشارات الزراعية وتطوير الخطط والاستراتيجيات الزراعية.
- المشاركة في تطوير وتنفيذ مشاريع زراعية.
- تحليل بيانات الزراعة وتقديم التوصيات لتحسين العمليات.
- تطوير وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية للعملاء والمهتمين بالزراعة.
