Legacy Ottoman Hotel has now added 5 new AI team members from the RecepAI family to its team:
Concierge, Reception, Marketing, Reservation, and Guest Relations. :)

It was truly a great experience for us.
Over two days, we met with different departments, introduced the system, listened to operational needs, and received incredibly valuable feedback.

The Housekeeping department made excellent contributions.
Gürkan Bey, the Operations Manager, came up with a very valuable suggestion.

And Betty from Guest Relations shared priceless feedback on our Google Review module.

In short, we trained the team — but we also learned a lot.
This process reminded us once again how important it is for technology teams like ours to be in the field.

Because many million-dollar ideas do not come from behind a desk.
They do not appear in presentations.
They are not always visible in reports.
They come directly from the field, from the people who live the operation every day.

On this occasion, we sincerely thank the entire Legacy Ottoman Hotel family for hosting us for two days.

We also congratulate them for their vision and courage in preparing their hotel for the age of artificial intelligence.

RecepAI Team is now in the field.
And a new era for hospitality is beginning.

Hotel Linkage and Özyeğin University are partnering to bring AI education into hospitality studies.

Through this three-year academic collaboration, RecepAI will be incorporated into the curriculum of Özyeğin University’s Faculty of Applied Sciences, giving students hands-on exposure to AI-powered hotel operations and guest communication.

A meaningful step in preparing the next generation of hospitality leaders for an AI-driven future.
