BEST METHOD TO COOK BEANS:

• Rinse and soak overnight [12 hours].

• Drain and strain water.

• Put in a pot, pour water and boil for 6 hours [peel carrots and place them on the beans].

• Skim off foam as you boil.

• After 6 hours, strain and drain water.

• Discard the carrots!

• Cook the boiled beans in spring onion, condiments, spices and coconut oil/ghee.

• Or, pack the boiled beans in glass jars and ferment them for 7 days.

• All the harmful acidic components are eliminated and denatured.

• No bloating.

• No gas.

• Retained trace nutrients.

• Beneficial bacteria.
