♻️ CLEAN MOSHI CAMPAIGN SEASON 3 – SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED!
A big thank you to everyone who joined us today at Rau Forest Reserve for the Clean Moshi Campaign Season 3. Together, we made a positive impact on our environment and demonstrated the power of community action for conservation.
Our mission goes beyond hiking—we use our outdoor adventures to spread environmental conservation education in villages around Mount Kilimanjaro, inspiring people to protect nature for future generations.
🏔️ Every hike is an opportunity to learn, connect, and give back to the environment.
🌱 Join us for Clean Moshi Campaign Season 4 at the end of July 2026 as we continue working towards a cleaner and greener Kilimanjaro.
Together, we can make a difference—one trail, one village, and one forest at a time.
📩 Follow us and stay tuned for upcoming hiking and conservation activities.

👇👇
1. Wearing the wrong shoes
Poor footwear can cause blisters, pain, and slips. Always wear proper hiking shoes with good grip.
2. Carrying too much or too little
A heavy bag makes hiking exhausting, but forgetting essentials like water, snacks, or rain gear is also risky.
3. Not drinking enough water
Dehydration causes fatigue, headaches, and dizziness. Drink often, even if you don’t feel thirsty.
4. Ignoring the weather forecast
Mountain weather can change fast. Always prepare for rain, cold, or strong sun.
5. Starting without knowing the trail
Not checking the route can lead to getting lost or delays.
6. Starting too late
Late starts can leave hikers walking in darkness or rushing.
7. Not eating enough energy food
Hiking burns energy. Carry fruits, nuts, sandwiches, or snacks.
8. Relying only on phone battery
Phones die quickly outdoors. Carry a power bank or know the trail well.
9. Walking too fast at the start
Beginners often rush and get tired early. Keep a steady pace.
10. Disrespecting nature
Leaving trash, making noise, or damaging plants ruins the experience for everyone.
