Why flat roof is always preferred;
* Economical thus making it budget friendly i.e Few iron sheets and timber
* Increases out door usable space
Disadvantages
* Drainage issues i.e it will require a more complex drainage system to prevent water from clogging up on areas of the roof which leads to leakage and damage in the long run since the roof is surrounded by walls
* Regular maintenance hence high maintenance cost
