Any awards, honors, or recognitions given to individuals or organizations for their public service and social works are bestowed in good faith, recognizing their contributions to the welfare of society.

The NASDP ACADEMY, UNITED NATIONS IGO, its partners, and senior administrative management, including AMB GEN SIR DIVAKAR SARKAR, Joint Secretary-General of the UNITED NATIONS IGO and Commandant General of NASDP ACADEMY, shall not be held liable for any personal issues, legal concerns, or actions of the awardees, which shall be the sole responsibility of the respective individuals or organizations.

Such awards, honors, or recognitions do not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with NASDP ACADEMY, UNITED NATIONS IGO, or its partners, and shall not be used for any commercial or personal gain without prior written consent.
