Why do people have such a hard time losing belly fat?
There are a number of reasons why people have such a hard time losing belly fat. First, it is often quite difficult to stick to a healthy diet and exercise routine that can help to slim down the waistline. Many people try fad diets or extreme fitness regimes in the hopes of quickly shedding pounds, but these methods do not typically produce lasting results. Additionally, many individuals struggle with hormonal imbalances that cause their bodies to cling stubbornly to body fat, no matter how much exercise or dieting they do. Finally, there are also environmental factors at play that can contribute to weight gain around the midsection. For example, exposure to stress hormones from a fast-paced work environment or constant blue light from digital devices can throw the body's natural rhythms out of balance, causing it to store belly fat for later use. While there may be no easy solution for losing belly fat, maintaining a healthy lifestyle can definitely help tip the scales in your favor!

Screening for Prostate Cancer
What it entails: Prostate cancer screening detects the disease before symptoms appear. Prostate cancer can be detected in two ways. Your doctor uses a gloved finger to feel for abnormalities in your prostate gland during a digital re**al exam (DRE). A prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test measures a marker for prostate size in your blood. Both tests detect abnormalities in the prostate gland, but they don’t tell you what they show. If the results are positive, more testing is required.

When should you get one? Consult your doctor to find out if and when you should have a prostate cancer screening. The American Urological Association (AUA) recommends personalizing testing for each man. According to the AUA, prostate cancer screening is most useful for men between the ages of 55 and 69.
