Memory Mosaics Initiative made Sunday unusually joyous for some of us to the Art & Memory Cafe, a gathering where art meets brain health.
It took place at Era92Hub in Lungujja where we interacted with people of different generations.
The children from REMINAC were one of my highlights with a young author Kisakye Damalie launching her book titled LITTLE HEARTS a Collection of 12 poems.

There was the spoken word; poets who are powerfully talented depicting mental health awareness through their skillfully selected words that captivated the audience.

The art therapy was amazing. Colouring aa we connected and interacted with each other. We learnt, we were refreshed and ww connected.
The day was crowned with cake cutting as we also celebrated 10years of Global Brain Health Institute. They commit to Global community dedicated to protecting the world's ageing populations from threats to brain health.
