We have moved a long way and we appreciate all our stakeholders in our struggle. From a simple talent development centre, we have become a harbour for innovative solutions. Last year we championed the small holder income enhancement and this year we are happy happy to announce our selection as one of the best innovators to partner in the struggle against violence on women and girls. Our proposition UFA-VOWG (united in farming against violence on women & girls) is well positioned to take center stage in the most affected districts of Gulu and Kitgum. We are happy that Resilient Africa network and the UN Women have opened up our hearts to feel and be part of the most pertinent cause in this country.

"Empowering a woman is intertwined with respect for her rights" women are one of the most untapped reservoir of development that this world has. So we must support every female to realise her full potential. Together we can stop violence on women and girls.
