In the streets, the older boys usually exploit the younger ones.
At Fecane, the older boys protect them.
I watched Juma (15) tie the boots of little Musa (7) today before practice. Nobody told him to do it. It is the culture we have built.
We aren't just teaching them how to pass a ball; we are teaching them how to be responsible men in a society that desperately needs them.
