Remember when every AES staff member was treated to Southern Coffee a few months ago? They loved it so much that we’re bringing it back on August 17th!

Our teachers and staff pour so much into our students every single day, and this is one small way we can say thank you.

📌 A few important notes:

❤️ Staff Registration: Due to our new system requiring every registration to have a dollar amount, staff memberships are $1 this year instead of free. We sincerely apologize for the change and appreciate your understanding!

💙 Volunteering is NOT required. Joining the PTO does not mean you’re committing to volunteer or attend meetings. Your membership dues help fund teacher appreciation, student activities, school improvements, and other meaningful projects throughout the year.

Of course, we’d absolutely love to have you volunteer or attend a meeting whenever you’re able - but any level of support makes a difference!

🎉 If you’re selecting the ‘friends of the PTO’ option, when you get to the form asking for student names - just write NAME NAME in the blanks!

Friday was Principal’s Day, and we had the privilege of presenting our amazing principal with a heartfelt gift to celebrate her!

While we’re sad to see her move away from us to central office, we know she’s going to absolutely rock her next chapter.

We’re beyond grateful for her OUTSTANDING leadership and all she’s done for our school. Wishing her nothing but success - she’ll always have a cheering section with us! 💙❤️

Eight months of planning. COUNTLESS texts, meetings, phone calls, late nights, and “wait… did we order that yet?” moments later… and we did it. 🎉🌈

I am so incredibly proud of our AES PTO officers. This Color Fun Run Fest didn’t just happen—it was built piece by piece with hard work, teamwork, and a whole lot of love for our school and community.

Serving as president alongside this group has been such a blessing. They showed up, worked hard, and gave their all to make something truly special for our kids and our community. 💛

Y’all go show them some love—because they absolutely deserve it. 👇
