WEDDING SEASON HAS ARRIVED. Jen and Charlie had a beautiful and celebratory and laid back day a few weeks ago and it felt great to be back in action after a lil winter break from photographing weddings. I think this year is going to be really amazing and full of curiosity and play and quiet too. Can’t wait to see what all of this year’s couples, their magic, and I create together. 🥹🫀

It is with great joy that I can now announce that my artwork is hanging for the next few months. I’ve been in a deep dive of painting, collaging, watercoloring, writing, and putting flowers and more color on disco balls. Entering into my “not just a photographer” phase and I’m stoked about it.
I’ll be attaching my artist’s statement and some poems I wrote you to the link in my bio, but would love for you to go check things out when you have time! Go buy yourself some coffee, hang out in OKC’s most welcoming coffee shop, and look at some art.
I’ve spent about 70% of my waking hours on these pieces over the last couple of months—envisioning, tweaking, fixing, working, making. All of this has made me feel so alive.
I want to thank Elemental coffee for opening up their space and their trust to me (and for opening up their space to all of us). Especially Allie and Lindsey who helped with a lot of questions and with the install. Y’all are the bees knees.

Anyways—here are some bits and pieces of what I’ve been working on. I hope you enjoy some or all of it. And if you don’t, that’s okay too. I’m still learning and trying and making things because it brings me so much joy.
