We’re pleased to welcome Ashley Nadeau to Highmark Residential as Regional Manager for the Carolinas region.

Ashley joins Highmark Residential with 17 years of multifamily housing experience, bringing a strong background in property management, regional operations, and team leadership. Known for her hands-on leadership style and operational expertise, Ashley is passionate about building high-performing teams and supporting communities with consistency and care.

Her role contributes directly to property management ex*****on, team development, and resident experience across our apartment communities. Ashley’s focus on driving results, cultivating strong team cultures, and supporting onsite teams will play an important role in maintaining performance across the Highmark Residential portfolio.

Outside of work, Ashley is a proud mom to 9-year-old twin boys and pet mom to her mini Goldendoodle, Bella, Bernedoodle, Gracie, and cat, Pedro. Originally from Ohio, with family in Boston, Ashley is also a big sports fan and proudly cheers on the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox, and Ohio State Buckeyes. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

We’re pleased to welcome Shemica Washington to Highmark Residential as a Property Support Admin.

Shemica joins Highmark Residential with five years of multifamily experience, beginning as a leasing agent in Riverdale, Georgia and most recently serving as an Assistant Property Manager. Her background includes resident relations, leasing processes, and operational support that improves efficiency and consistency across teams.

Her role contributes directly to property management ex*****on, supporting alignment across teams and enhancing the resident experience across our apartment communities. This level of operational support plays a key role in maintaining performance across the Highmark Residential portfolio.

Fun fact: Shemica’s introduction to multifamily started early, helping her dad, a maintenance director, pass out notices. A 4-piece nugget kids meal was all the motivation she needed.
