Today I received a call from someone asking if I could come take a look at their roof and see if it needed to be replaced. I had to laugh for a minute, because I had an idea where this might be going.

"I'm sorry, we don't do any type of roofing here at Next Step. Who are you trying to reach?"

"I'm trying to reach Xtreme Roofing. What is your phone number? The phone number I just called? Wait. I see what I did. I called your number for advertising."

I laughed, she laughed, and then I told her to make sure she reminded Rob at Xtreme Roofing that his advertising with Direct Deals is working! :)
