SOP Writer/ Technical Writer
The SOP/Technical Writer is responsible for working with the Director of Cultivation, Engineers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to prepare new or make changes to existing SOPs required to support the implementation of Cannabis Cultivation procedures, and to Incorporate changes identified.
Collaboratively work with Cultivation management and Quality Management to ensure appropriate organizational document standards/ Compliance criteria are met.
Ensure terminology and writing style is consistent across documents.
Conduct a Knowledge Transfer to the Training personnel for use in conducting training.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
Excellent technical writing skills and command of the English language.
Ability to work with computers and software applications like document review tools.
Advanced proficiency in MS word
Works well with cross-functional teams.
