Making stock blends is a great way to utilize the same beneficial oils in many different aspects. The oils of a stock blend can be diffused immediately with just a few drops. Add a carrier and now you’ve got an oil blend to rub on your area of need, or quickly add to a nasal inhaler so you are benefiting directly via your olfactory system without offending others. This time of year, we make multiple stock blends. Don’t forget to label your stock blend and remember to put an expiration date. That will be the date of the oldest oil in your blend.
