NHWC Visual Arts

On Sunday, June 28, 2026, following the conclusion of our Sunday service, the church leadership, NHSOW elected staff members, and dedicated volunteers gathered for the final planning meeting in preparation for the upcoming Bible School. During the meeting, we reviewed staff management, departmental responsibilities, policies and procedures, student care and nutrition, safety expectations, and many other important aspects to ensure a well-organized and enriching experience for every student.

As part of our continued commitment to providing a high-quality learning environment, the NHWC Visual Arts Department collaborated with NHSOW leadership to introduce several new initiatives for this year’s Bible School, including:

* Group-Led Stretches – Group leaders will guide their students through brief stretching exercises during scheduled breaks to promote movement, wellness, and engagement.
* Quiz of the Day – Students will participate in a daily review quiz before being dismissed for lunch or at the end of the day, reinforcing key biblical lessons in an interactive way.
* Lunch Activities – Students will have the opportunity to participate in organized recreational activities during lunch, including board games, card games, and other group-building activities that encourage fellowship and positive interaction.

* Student Group System – Students will be divided into six unique groups to encourage teamwork, accountability, and fellowship throughout the week. Each group will be led by dedicated group leaders and proudly represented by one of the following names:
* Alpha
* Omega
* Bereans
* Zion
* Remnant
* Cornerstone

We are excited to welcome all of our students very soon and look forward to growing together in God’s Word through worship, learning, fellowship, and practical application. We cannot wait to begin this journey with each and every one of you.
