Christmas Season is upon us! Which also means there is lots of Christmas baking happening in my kitchen. To kick off this holiday baking season, I made this beaut for a Christmas party! ❤️💚

A gingerbread cake with marscapone cream cheese frosting from , decorated with sugared cranberries and rosemary pine trees! I love using natural elements as decor. They really give a rustic and earthy look. And the gingerbread spices really make this cake taste like Christmas!

Nothing says November more than this Olive Oil Pumpkin Cake! This simple one layer cake is topped with cinnamon cream cheese frosting that is so delicious 😋 Olive oil cakes are my new favorite because they seriously have the best texture and are so moist, and this one is no exception!!

I love the way the cinnamon shows in the frosting. I also have been loving messing around with new frosting techniques— in this case a simple spiral!

This cake from is seriously so easy to make and such a great fall hit, whether it’s for a brunch with friends or a dinner party or thanksgiving 🧡

This 5 layer chocolate cake with peanut butter butter cream and chocolate ganache was a huge hit with my family for my cousin’s 16th birthday!

To be completely honest, the assembly of this cake did not go as planned. I intended it to be a chocolate drip cake. However, my ganache was not very drippy. Thanks to my Mom , I was able to reimagine this cake and make it into something beautiful 🥰 Definitely a good reminder that when things do not go according to plan, positivity and flexibility go a long way— something important to learn as an baker!

This cake was seriously so rich and delicious 🤤 I mean how can you go wrong with chocolate and PB?!
