🚀 Launching the Online Freelancer Training (OFT) Master Trainer Initiative!

Sara Learning Global (SLG) is pleased to share the successful inception meeting with GIZ South Africa for the Digital Skills for Jobs and Income (DS4JI II) Programme.

This initiative aims to support South African youth, especially young women, by building practical pathways from learning to earning in the digital and gig economy.

Through OFT, SLG will focus on developing Master Trainers, aligning training with in-demand digital skills such as Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Software Development, Data Analysis, and Content Development, and supporting youth toward self-employment and income opportunities.

We sincerely thank Lisema Matsietsi from GIZ South Africa and the SLG leadership team - Dr. Ramhari Lamichhane, Abdul Ghani Rajput, Dr. Saad Baloch, and Mr. Naseer Ul Mulk - for a productive kickoff.

With Cohort 1 face-to-face training planned for August 2026, we look forward to contributing to meaningful digital skills development in South Africa.

Successful MoU Signing Ceremony held at the Hazara University.

This collaboration between Sara Learning Global and Hazara University enables both organizations to conduct applied research through consortium partners for local and international projects in the thematic areas of agribusiness, natural sciences, social sciences, and biological sciences. The partnership will also support competency-based, job-oriented training aligned with global skills standards, certification, employment facilitation, industrial demand, and workforce development.

The MoU was signed by Prof. Dr. Ikramullah Khan and Dr. Akbar Abbas Bangash in the presence of the faculty of Hazara University and participants of the 2nd Batch of Trade-Based Training.

The ceremony also marked the successful completion of the 2nd Batch of the Trade-Based Capacity Building of TVET Trainers in the Agribusiness Sector, held in the natural environment of beautiful Hazara University.

Sara Learning Global proudly showcased the successful completion of the 5-Day Training of Trainers on Crop Protection Technician Level 3. The training provided hands-on practical exposure to 25 Master Trainers from the Hazara region on NVQF, green skills, sustainable agricultural practices, climate-smart farming approaches, and environmentally responsible crop protection techniques.

Upon successful completion, a grand certification ceremony was also held with the participation of Prof. Dr. Ikramullah Khan, Dr. Akbar Abbas Bangash, Zunnair Hashmi, and Dr. Nadia Jameel. Participants were awarded the prestigious certificate of National Master Trainer in Crop Protection Level 3.

This training is implemented by Sara Learning Global in partnership with Human Development Nepal Consulting Group on behalf of GIZ TVET Sector Support Programme Pakistan, co-funded by the European Union and the Germany.
