It was a pleasure to announce our $1.5 million federal partnership with Paul D. Tonko on the South End Economic Development Center expansion of the The South End Grocery African American Cultural Center of the Capital Region, Inc. and BlueLight Development Group. Thank you Congressman for recognizing the needs of our historic South End Neighborhood. Onward we go!
