ALL the fire today. I felt amazing after that hour was done, because 1.) I already knew the moves from last week so naturally it just flowed better for me! 2.) it was an hour of working my a** off and we went through ALL THESE moves THREE TIMES!! Talk about feeling the burn 🙌
I'm looking for strong women ready to take on a challenge, and change their mindset and life by making healthier choices and dedicating time for themselves to workout on a regular basis. There's a first time for everything- And today I got that tested to the max!
First time doing half of these moves AND first time testing out my Strength Slides 😍 I definitely don't have how to work them completely down but considering it was my first time- I'm not sweating it! However I was DRIPPING in SWEAT the entire time during that 40 minutes 💦 The most sweat since starting on Monday- and I loved all of it. I could feel every single cardio move, HIT move & ab move as I was doing it and it felt AMAZING!
Sticking to my nutrition, sticking to my timed eating plan and pressing play are my 3 necessities in being successful for the next 80 days and I've never been so focused on a goal since starting this journey!💪
