Partnering with MVP for this great workshop all about writing your birth plan! Birth plans are amazing tools for facilitating communication with your birth team. Working in all the area birthing hospitals for the last 8 years has given me a unique perspective on birth plans and an up-to-date knowledge of hospital policies and birth options. Come hang out and learn about what's available in the capital region and how to start thinking about and writing a birth plan that truly speaks to your individuality!
