Just how beautiful are these coffee cherries?
Coffee Cherries are are picked at their optimal ripeness, the pulp is mostly removed and they’re placed in water tanks to ferment for 18-36 hours.
After this, beans are rinsed and dried in the sun for one-to-two weeks. At that point the cherries are dehulled - removing the final layer to our favorite coffee beans. Those green beans are delivered to Allan's coffee…and the rest is history.
