Every month, I choose a word—or a few—that I want to carry with me.
This November, it’s confidence, consistency, and soft success.
Because sometimes success doesn’t have to be loud. It can look like showing up when you’d rather hide. It can sound like saying no without guilt. And it can feel like smiling again, not because everything’s perfect, but because you finally believe in the woman you’re becoming.

I thought whitening at the dentist was the only real option.
So I paid $550 well actually $350 for a “promo,” sat in a cold chair for 90 minutes with trays shoved in, lights beaming down, and a stiff dental bib clipped on like I was going into surgery.
That same night, Jimmie had a game—and I couldn’t even cheer.
