Powder Brows
The look is more of a traditional makeup look but unlike the tattooed brows of the past, these techniques are softer and much more natural. Powder brow techniques are accomplished by layering pigment with a digital/rotary device in soft layers using a range of different needles to arrive at the saturation desired.
