We are seeking a full-time Finance Administrator to serve as the organization's lead financial professional and help support quality youth sports programs for thousands of local families.

📍 Allen, Texas (In-Office)
💼 Full-Time | Exempt
💰 $85,000–$90,000 (commensurate with experience)

We're looking for an experienced accounting or finance professional with:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
✔ 5+ years of accounting or finance experience (nonprofit experience preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and audit preparation
✔ Experience with QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills

This role works closely with staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure the long-term financial health of ASA and support recreational youth sports throughout our community.
