-for example: just because something went wrong before doesnβt mean it will this time-
All your mind needs is a factual reminder to stop the spiral.
Be mindful of believing everything that pops in your mind.
Donβt be afraid to check yourself and call your own mind out like βactually, this thought isnβt serving me so Iβm going to let it go!β & replace it with a positive thought that actually does serve you.
You are in control of your mind, not the other way around.
