Being a Beachbody coach may seem like it’s just about sweaty workout selfies and drinking a superfood shake. I really do enjoy working on my healthy lifestyle because of this opportunity but I also really enjoy the team of women I get to do it with!
We all are working toward goals with our health and our positive mindsets. It’s also about feeling supported and comfortable and having a a good time.
We had a super fun get together (in person and virtually) with local friends and those in other states. shared some of her top tips, tricks, and hair care knowledge with us at our Braids & Bubbly event tonight! I’m looking forward to practicing up for some fun hair this summer!
