Troy Taylor & American Hauntings
Troy Taylor is the author more than 125 books about ghosts, crime, and the unexplained in America. He was born and raised in the Midwest and travels to the far-flung reaches of the country. He currently lives in Jacksonville, Illinois, where he and his partner, Lisa, manage American Hauntings.
Troy is the founder of American Hauntings, which offers ghost tours, books, ghost hunts, events, and excursions across the country. The company started in 1993, offering ghost tours and ghost hunts, and created the Haunted America Conference -- America’s first-ever ghost conference -- a few years later.
