Before everyone says “Do both!” 😆 … unfortunately, I can only focus on one right now. Between equipment, space, inventory, and time, I need to pick the one that makes the most sense for the bakery.

When I had donuts at my other shop in Amsterdam years ago, they sold very well.

We’re a little concerned about ice cream because it’s more of a seasonal product, while donuts can be enjoyed year-round. And yes, we’ll add coffee with the donuts..

It’s 7:45 AM, and would you believe Bam Bam and I still aren’t home yet from yesterday’s Brooklyn run?

We made almost 7 stops across Brooklyn and loaded up an Enterprise rental truck with all kinds of goodies for the store!
