We recently worked on this early century home for one of our investor groups🏚🏡
We are always up for a challenge! We were asked to take on a special case of window cleaning…
Previous owner had decided to just black out some windows with a paint & brush🎨
Apart from the normal encounters on glass after renovations, we also had to deal with multiple layers of 2 different making tapes and all the adhesives from months of sitting apart from the paint strokes!
Nonetheless, it took us a couple days, some elbow grease, a few different solutions and 3 different styles of blades🥵

Strategy ♟
Quick story: Back in the days before the internet, before social media, we had to get creative and think outside the box when it came to advertising/marketing.
My father named the company “Limpia” which put us smack in the middle of the yellow pages, since it was in alphabetic order(if you’re old enough to remember this publication😆). We weren’t the first listing, clients had to thumb through several other businesses, and pages before us.
So what did my father do?
He added “A-Best” to the name and that strategically placed it pretty much all the way to the top🔝 of the first page when you turned to that section😎
